ART&SHOCK recommends evaluating the ratio of work size and space. The most common mistake is choosing a picture that is too small for a specific location. A little work is lost against the background of wall space and creates a feeling of disharmony, boredom, imbalance.
Much less often, but still there is an option with an excessively large picture for a particular location. This placement creates a feeling of tightness, tightness, accumulation, lack of air. The bigger the picture, the more air, space should be around it.
The rule of harmonious placement of the canvas from ART&SHOCK:
Rule ¾. The approximate width of the picture, which will be proportional to the space, is equal to ¾ the width of the wall on which you plan to place it
For example, the width of the gap is 2 meters. Three quarters of this width is 1.5 meters. Hence, the width of the picture should not exceed 1.5 meters. Similarly, you can determine the height of the picture, calculating ¾ from the height of space.

• Maximum illumination;
• Unacceptable exposure to direct sunlight;
• Unacceptable air mobility (drafts) and sudden changes in temperature and humidity;
• Do not place above heaters and under air conditioners;
• Avoid ultraviolet and infrared radiation;
• Avoid exposure to combustion products: soot, tobacco smoke, etc.;
• Store in a well-ventilated place.
