I, Marianna Nerozna, a Ukrainian artist, member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, candidate of cultural studies, and associate professor of the Department of Graphic Design at Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (KNUTD).
My art embodies sacred symbols and conveys a love for life.
In 2009, I graduated from Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, specializing in the Department of Drawing and Painting, Kyiv, Ukraine. After completing my studies, I began an active teaching career, which I continue today as an associate professor in the Department of Graphic Design.
In 2010, I obtained a second higher education degree from the National Academy of Culture and Arts Management, earning a diploma as an “art historian-expert.” While teaching and studying from 2010 to 2014, I pursued postgraduate studies at the National Academy of Culture and Arts Management.
In 2014, I defended my dissertation research on the topic: “Preservation of Cultural Diversity in the Era of Globalization (Mid-20th – Early 21st Century).”
In 2014, I was awarded a diploma of Candidate of Sciences in “Theory and History of Culture,” Ukraine.
My creative work is distinguished by depth of meaning and a unique artistic style. My paintings are a synthesis of sacred symbolism and modern art techniques, reflecting a delicate combination of spirituality and the beauty of the surrounding world.
In my works, I emphasize a love for life, conveying it through harmonious color palettes, expressive brushstrokes, and meticulously crafted details. The canvases are filled with symbolic imagery that appeals to the viewer’s inner world, evoking reflection and emotions.
I master various painting techniques and actively experiment with VR art, allowing me to expand the boundaries of creativity and explore new ways of communicating with the audience. My works possess a powerful energy and are not only aesthetically pleasing but also philosophical, immersing the viewer in a search for deeper meanings.
